Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Client Details

• Full and accurate contact details (full name, phone number, and email address) must be provided at the time of booking for record-keeping and compliance purposes.

• If required details are missing or incorrect, the appointment may be cancelled. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded.

Age & Identification

• Appointments are available to clients aged 21 and over.

• Valid photo ID is required for clients under 25. Failure to present ID will result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Arrival Time

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Late arrival will result in automatic cancellation to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Deposits are forfeited.

Guests

• No additional guests or children are permitted at appointments. This is strictly enforced due to insurance and clinical safety requirements.
