IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Notebook

- A Non-refundable deposit is required in order to book an appointment. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstance.

- Please enter all contact details- full name, phone number, email address for track and trace. If all details are not entered, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and deposit refunded.

- We accept appointments for 21+

- ID is required at the appointment for under 25s. Please ensure you bring it with you.

- Please arrive to your appointment on time to ensure the smooth running of the day.

- Lashes- Please let us know if you have booked in for infills but later realise you need a new set, to allow adequate time for the appointment. LASH INFILLS- 2 weeks after previous set, MUST have 50% of lashes. Please note we only infill our own work.

- Brows- we only work on virgin brows, brows done by ourselves. If you have had your brows done elsewhere and they have faded, please send us a picture before booking.

- No additional guests, No children (insurance purposes)
 

 

LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS

 

Minimum 48 Hours notice must be given under any circumstance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment . This deposit is forfeited if the above terms are not adhered to. Where notice is given, the deposit may be used towards an alternative future appointment, which must be chosen and agreed to before the current booking passes. You may reschedule your appointment once.
If an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute (within 48 hours of the appointment) in order to book again with us, you will have to pay 50% of the missed slot.
Lateness will result in your appointment being cancelled.
No shows, no future appointments.
